Avocado deviled eggs are an easy, tasty, and a perfect little snack or party appetizer!!
Instructions
- 6 large egg
- 1 avocado halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
- drop of green color
Instructions

Place eggs in a large saucepan (one with a lid) and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 7 minute.

Place eggs in a bowl with and run them under cold water to fill bowl. Add ice and allow to soak until cool enough to handle.

Drain well and let cool before peeling and cutting the eggs in half lengthwise, reserving the yolk

In the food processor add egg yolks, avocado, garlic, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, pepper and drop of green food color. Mix well

Using a pastry bag or spoon, fill egg white halves with avocado-yolk mixture.
- Garnish with pomegranate arils
