Pineapple cake recipe is delicious and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 can pineapple rings
- 12 strawberries
- kiwis
- 1tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F/180C
- In the bowl whisk eggs with oil, water.
- Add cake mix to egg mixture and mix well.
- Spray cake cups with oil. Add 1/3 cup of batter into cups.
5. Place piece of pineapple ring into each cup with batter.
6. place cake cups into preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
7. Take cakes out of oven , let it cool.
8. Sprinkle the cakes with powdered sugar and decorate with strawberries and kiwi.
