Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, soften
- 100 ml condensed milk
- 150 ml heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- red currant to decorate
- fresh mint leaves
- Pizzelle Italian style cookies, or cookies of your choice
- snowflakes silicon mold
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk or paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese and condensed milk together on medium speed until perfectly smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides and up the bottom of the bowl with spatula
- Add the cold heavy cream into cream cheese mixture and whip until stiff peaks on medium-high speed, about 2-3 minutes. add vanilla extract and mix
3.Transfer cheese mixture into pipping bag and pipe into silicon mold. place into freezer for 5 hours.
4. Remove cheese cake from the mold and place on cookie. decorate with gold edible powder .
